NS2 Consulting Services is led by a founder with a 17-year Oracle Utilities track record across electricity, gas and water: CC&B upgrades (2.3→2.7, 2.2→2.8) for Canadian and US utilities, a Lodestar-to-OUCCS MDM transition for a Canadian utility (300,000 meters), a full-cycle CC&B implementation for a UK water utility serving 3 million customers, and operations automation that returned hundreds of hours per week to support teams.

NS2 is growing from a founder-led practice into a small specialist firm: staff augmentation for implementation partners, and managed production support as the recurring core. Engagements are delivered corp-to-corp by Canadian work-authorized consultants from Ottawa, remotely across Canada and the United States.
